Thank you for choosing G&M Catering. We have proudly served our customers , providing quality food and catering services for celebrations, gatherings, and special events.

By requesting, booking, or purchasing catering services from G&M Catering, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Availability

We recommend booking your event at least three (3) weeks before your requested event date. All dates and times are subject to availability.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a date does not guarantee your reservation. Your event is considered booked only after G&M Catering confirms your reservation and any required deposit has been received.

Deposit & Payment

A 20% deposit of the total agreed-upon price is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

The remaining balance and payment schedule will be communicated to the customer when the event is confirmed. Additional services, menu changes, guest-count changes, delivery fees, or other approved additions may result in additional charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated to G&M Catering as soon as possible.

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled event are non-refundable.

For cancellations made more than seven days before the event, any refund or credit will be determined according to the circumstances of the booking, expenses already incurred, and any written agreement between G&M Catering and the customer, subject to applicable law.

Changes to Orders & Events

Changes to the menu, guest count, event location, service requirements, or other event details should be requested as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

G&M Catering reserves the right to decline changes that cannot reasonably be accommodated due to timing, staffing, food preparation, availability, or other operational considerations.

Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for informing G&M Catering of known food allergies or dietary requirements when placing or finalizing an order.

While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary requests, G&M Catering cannot guarantee that any food or preparation environment will be completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change. A customer's final price will be based on the menu, number of guests, services, delivery requirements, event details, and other items included in the confirmed catering agreement or invoice.

Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Customers may be provided with an opportunity to rate their experience and leave a review or testimonial.

By submitting a review directly to G&M Catering or through our website, you give G&M Catering permission to display that review on our website or promotional materials, subject to applicable law. We reserve the right to moderate content that contains spam, threats, discriminatory or obscene material, personal information, or content unrelated to the customer's experience.

Reviews should represent the customer's genuine experience and opinions.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information, menus, prices, photographs, and service descriptions on our website accurate and current. However, availability, menu items, ingredients, pricing, and services may change.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guaranteed catering agreement unless specifically confirmed by G&M Catering.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G&M Catering will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

Website Use

Visitors agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse website content, or engage in fraudulent activity.

All original website content, including G&M Catering branding, photographs, graphics, menus, and written materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

G&M Catering may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms may be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Terms applicable to an already-confirmed event should be determined by the agreement in effect for that booking and any subsequent written changes agreed upon by the parties.
